In July 2007, the Northern California Shambhala Board of Directors met to reassess how the regional structure is going to verify their commitment to working together as a regional organization. There was agreement that regional structure was important, but that it could work better. A governance committee was formed to look at what improvements could be made. Here are the minutes from that meeting.
